With a generous waist (120 mm) and Triple Base Technology, the Boomerang TBT is a powder-jib twin-tip and the fattest ski Elan makes.
Its sidecut is fully symmetrical (same width tip and tail), and it’s designed to be center-mounted for optimized performance in either direction in deep snow. It’s a metal-free, glass-reinforced construction with durable, medium-edgy SST sidewalls (which are angled, rather than vertical, so as not to be overly grippy). The Boomerang offers a powder-ready waist width for backside jibbing;  Symmetrical sidecuts for optimized switch-riding performance. Elan’s unique Triple Base Technology, in which the outside edges are raised off the snow at the tip and tail, while the center portion of the base stays flat. This is designed to make them easier to pivot without risk of catching an edge.
